There is a four tiered registration fee structure for
Utopia Retreat 2009:

We highly recommend that you register early to ensure a place at Utopia 2009, and to guarantee your preferred choice of Concurrent Workshop Events (which are chosen on registration).
Many of the Concurrent Workshops (on Day 2 & 3) have limited participant numbers due to the nature of the workshops… thus if you book early you will be guaranteed a place at the Concurrent Workshop of your choice. Concurrent Workshop choices are not guaranteed until monies/deposits (according to your registration fee option) are paid in full.
Utopia Retreat 2009 Payment Plan:
We have had numerous enquiries about a payment plan option for Utopia 2009, so we are happy to be able to offer a payment plan option this year of 3 easy payments.

Please note, if payment plan monies of $600 have not been received in full by the 31 July 2009, then the Early Bird or Full Ticket prices will become due and payable as per above.
Cancellation Policy:
Please not that refunds are not available on Utopia 2009 Registration Fees (all payments for Super Early Bird, Payment Plan, Early Bird and Full Ticket price).
If circumstances change, and you are no longer able to attend Utopia 2009, then your ticket maybe transferred to someone else. We request notification in writing to advise of any transfers, and the full details of the new ticket holder. Thank you.
