Monica spent her early years in Hobart, Tasmania and graduated from the University of Tasmania Medical School in 1978. After her intern year at the Royal Hobart Hospital she joined the Family Medicine Program and in 1980 obtained a Diploma with the Royal Australian College of Obstetrics and Gynaecology. A year at the Gosford District Hospital in New South Wales was followed by her return to Tasmania where she worked in after-hours and Emergency Medicine. After the birth of her two children she entered general practice. When her second child was admitted to hospital with severe Asthma she turned to Complementary Medicine for his subsequent and successful management. In 1985 she began solo practice in Complementary Medicine and in 1988 moved to Victoria. She became of Fellow of the Australian College of Nutritional and Environmental Medicine in 1996 and gained Fellowship of the Australian College of Herbal Medicine in 2000. The past twenty-two years in practice have been spent exploring why people get sick and how to make them better. Monica has developed a method she calls Harmonic Medicine which is based on the Vascular Autonomic Signal – described by French Neurologist Dr Paul Nogier in 1966. By a simple pulse taking technique she can assess a patients overall health status. Jan Hordern lives and works in Darwin in the Northern Territory. Susan Joy Coombes is a Naturopath and Reiki Master who lives in Mt Eliza, Victoria. Jan Winslade is a Level 2 Accredited Yoga teacher. She is a member of the Victorian Yoga Association and is trained as a nurse.
